university mourns ex-provost

Federal college of training (Technical), Omoku, Rivers country, has been thrown into mourning following the passing-on of a former Provost of the university, Prof Sir Addison Mark Wokocha.

The past due Wokocha, who held the Ikemba of Ogbaland title, became the third to manage the group between 1998 and 2005. The deceased become honoured as a Fellow of the college in 2016 due to his top work at the same time as in the saddle.
